The representative of Libya in the Soviet Union, President Musa al-Kuni, emphasized the importance of work within the framework of three regional councils. According to him, this contributes to more effective legislation and represents the interests of various fields.
"We must move in the direction of regional governance of the country through a system of three regions with legislative councils, since this corresponds to the methods of democracy and decentralization of power," said al-Kuni.
Regarding national elections, which are increasingly supported by the majority, Musa al-Kuni noted that they should take place after the reforms are carried out and a new election law is created to support the democratic process.
